Linda loves working with athletes in various sports, from runners and triathletes to everyday gym goers. But her primary focus with any treatment is to help individuals achieve their very best in whatever they set out to do.

Linda has found that combining remedial massage with cupping and dry needling is hugely beneficial in helping clients prevent injury and achieve their goals.
